    Shipping & Returns

     1. What are the US shipping/handling charges?
    Most orders are shipped via UPS ground and will arrive within 4 business days.  If however, the customer requires overnight service, please contact us and we will expedite the customers order.

    Free Shipping on orders more than $40.00, will take between 4-10 business days and is shipped at the most cost effective means depending on the size of the order, at the discretion of Tack Worx. 

     

    2. Where do we ship?
    We Ship worldwide, however international customers must setup a relationship with a package/freight forwarding company.  Tack Worx has established a relationship with the following companies:

     

    3. What is the overall return policy?
    If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 Days of purchase receipt (Certain Items are excluded, see list below). We do not accept returns without authorization. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).

    Certain items may be subject to a handling and restocking fee. Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: DVDs, CDs, Books, Maps, Computer Software, Bits, Undergarments, Food Items, Supplements, Dewormer, Flea and Tick Topical Treatments, Special Orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), Discontinued Items and other select products. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)

    If the refund is accepted, please re-pack the item(s) in its original packaging and make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information.

    4. Saddles Returns- VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure when fitting our saddles the customer are very careful, saddles sent back for reasons other than a manufacturers defect must be in new condition. Sweat marks, girthing marks, horse hair, scratches, etc. may result in the refusal of the return or the addition of a restocking fee. This is at the discretion of Tack Worx. If a saddle is damaged, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the saddle. If we feel the saddle was damaged due to neglect or mistreatment a credit will not be issued and the customers saddle will be returned to the customer.

    Re-pack the saddle in its original packaging. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information.

     

    5. Backorders: Will be shipped to the customer as they become available.  If a shipment is refused because the customer did not cancel the backorder, the customer will be responsible for the freight and a possible restocking fee.

     

    6. Prices are subject to change without notice: Tack Worx reserves the right to change pricing on backordered products.

     

    7. TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR HAVE A CREDIT MEMO ISSUED: Obtain Return Authorization or Credit Memo: Please call Customer Service Toll Free at 1-888-929-8225. Please have a copy of the invoice available.
